Advanced Summer Institute

Join us August 20th at The Museum of Jewish Heritage for our Advanced Summer Institute (formerly called STAJE). This year we will explore the theme of Jewish legal and political responses after the Holocaust, including topics like the honor court trials, the push for a Jewish state, and post-war legal proceedings in Germany. Hear from experts in the field, network with fellow teachers, and access valuable teaching resources at this unique professional development opportunity.

The Advanced Summer Institute will be held in person at The Museum of Jewish Heritage—A Living Memorial to the Holocaust on August 20th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A kosher lunch will be provided.

Currently active schoolteachers and paraprofessionals are eligible to apply. This program has a one-time tax-deductible fee of $36. Scholarships to cover the fee are available. To apply for a scholarship, please reach out to Allya Shon at ashon@mjhnyc.org.

Participants will be eligible to receive CTLE credit.
