Please note: The Museum is temporarily closed. We are selling tickets for May 1st and onwards. If you purchase tickets and we are still closed because of coronavirus safety concerns, then your tickets will be refundable.

The only way to be guaranteed exhibition admission is to purchase your tickets in advance.

There are two ticket types:

When you arrive at the Museum, you may request an audio guide in English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Mandarin, German, Polish, or Russian. The guide will greatly enhance your experience.

Please note: The exhibition is on three floors. Escalators take visitors to the second and third floors; elevator access is also available. The exhibition audio guide runs one hour and 45 minutes.

Groups of 10 or more people may access special prices and experiences through our Adult Group Visits and School or Youth Group Visits programs.

$25 Flexible Ticket (Flexible ticket holders can enter the exhibition any time on a specific date, from 10:00 a.m. to two hours before the Museum closes – also called a Premium ticket.)
