When you arrive at the Museum, you may request an audio guide in English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Mandarin, German, Polish, or Russian. The guide will greatly enhance your experience.

FREE admission to all exhibitions for Holocaust survivors, active members of the military and first responders, and students and teachers through grade 12 in schools located in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (with valid school-issued ID).

Please note: The Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away. exhibition is on three floors. Escalators take visitors to the second and third floors; elevator access is also available. The exhibition audio guide runs one hour and 45 minutes.

How do I purchase a timed ticket?

  • All tickets must be reserved online on the Museum’s website. Tickets will be made available pending New York State and New York City approval to open indoor museums.
  • Please note that timed tickets are limited to 15 people per half hour during this time in order to ensure proper physical distancing in the Museum as specified by New York City’s health and safety guidelines. If a slot is at capacity, the next available option will be displayed.
  • Accessibility is important to us. If you are unable reserve your ticket online, please call the Museum and inquire about how to order your tickets.
