FREE admission to all exhibitions for Holocaust survivors, active members of the military and first responders, and students and teachers through grade 12 in schools located in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (with valid school-issued ID).
*All tickets subject to availability. The Museum is closed on Sunday, May 16.
All visitors must pass through security to enter the Museum. Backpacks, strollers, large bags, and other large items are not allowed in the exhibition galleries.
Note: The renowned traveling exhibition Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away. closed May 2 in its presentation at the Museum. It opens June 14 at Union Station in Kansas City, MO.
How do I purchase a timed ticket?
- All tickets must be reserved online in advance of your visit.
- Please note that timed tickets are limited to 80 people per half hour during this time in order to ensure proper physical distancing in the Museum as specified by New York City’s health and safety guidelines. If a slot is at capacity, the next available option will be displayed.
