Why Jewish Women’s History Matters Today

Jewish women’s stories are not just the building blocks of family and communal history; they have the power to transform how we understand the Jewish people and our future. Join Judith Rosenbaum, CEO of the Jewish Women’s Archive, for a Women’s History Month journey through stories of Jewish women as innovators, community builders, and change makers, around the world and throughout history.

Judith Rosenbaum is CEO of the Jewish Women’s Archive, a pioneering digital archive that documents Jewish women’s stories, elevates their voices, and inspires them to be agents of change. Judith earned a PhD in American Studies from Brown University, with a focus on women, gender, and social movements. An educator, historian, and writer, she teaches, lectures, and publishes widely on Jewish studies and women’s studies.
