Most Museum staff members are working remotely while our building is temporarily closed. But some of our colleagues are needed onsite to take care of the Museum and its artifacts.
Keeping our building and artifacts safe and secure is a huge job in the best of conditions. We are so grateful to our essential staff members.
One of those staff members is building engineer Frank Camporeale. He was at work on Monday and took this beautiful photo of the USNS Comfort entering New York Harbor outside the Museum.
