Join us for the world premiere of BOOKBURN / Library of Books Burned, a multimedia art installation that situates the viewer within a mass book burning. A collaboration between artist George Peck and filmmaker Hugo Perez, the installation found its genesis in book burnings in Peck’s native Hungary, and provokes the viewer to reflect on the implications of the destruction of literature and the suppression of free thought.
