Join us as we introduce New York’s Holocaust Curriculum, a free resource designed to help educators teach about the Holocaust. The program will include a presentation about the Auschwitz-Birkenau labor camp and death camp by Paul Salmons, who is the author of the International Holocaust Alliance’s How to Teach about the Holocaust. In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear testimony from a Holocaust survivor and participate in a curriculum-based workshop.

Participants will earn CTLE hours. The Chancellor’s Conference Day is open to active classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administrators.

If you have any questions about professional learning opportunities for teachers, please contact Rebecca Honts at rhonts@mjhnyc.org or 646.437.4290
