Sundown on Monday, April 20 marks the beginning of Yom HaShoah / Holocaust Remembrance Day, which continues until sundown on April 21. Yom HaShoah is observed on the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and commemorates the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust. To honor this event and help you bring age-appropriate content to your students, we are offering two online learning opportunities, one for teachers on April 20 and one for students on April 21.

Teachers will learn how to use artifacts to teach about the experiences of children during the Holocaust. New York State teachers may earn one hour of CTLE credit.
