This annual event in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. is an electrifying concert that explores the intersections between African-American and Yiddish musical traditions during the Civil Rights Era. For the first time, the program includes Oscar- and Grammy-nominated IMPACT Repertory Theatre. The concert is conceived and directed by NYTF Artistic Director Zalmen Mlotek and stars Lisa Fishman, Cantor Magda Fishman, Elmore James, and Tony Perry.
