Mike Jucowics was born on July 10, 1925 in Munkacs, Czechoslovakia. He passed away on June 9, 2021 at 95 years old at Saint Peters Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
He was a survivor of Fünfteichen Labor Camp, a sub camp of Gross Rosen where he worked at the Krupps Munitions Factory. He was liberated in January 1945 at 19 years old.
In 1955, he immigrated to America where he met his wife Estelle. He became a custom furniture maker living in Bayonne, New Jersey where he raised his two daughters Penny and Joannie.
